Club Sando

Eddison Dean captained the first competitive Club Sando side that entered the Southern Football Association in 1991. The man who runs Dean's Coatings Ltd is now the club's owner, managing director and general secretary.

Before any of that, there were the Stallions: a group playing exhibition matches around Skinner Park in San Fernando. The club took its formal shape in 1990, the men's team followed a year later.

The high point in the men's game came in 2014–15, when Sando won the National Super League. Cup runs got as far as the last four — the TTFA Challenge Cup in 2013 and again in 2015, the Pro Bowl in 2017.

The women's side has done better lately, taking the TT WoLF title in 2023. Their meetings with T&T Defence Force have a habit of landing in finals, the Mayor's Cup among them.

Home matches are played away from the city, at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, where 8,050 seats are available for football. Orange and white are the colours. There is no nickname.

Among the names the club lists as its own are the Lang brothers, Derek and Kevin, and the goalkeepers Adrian Toussaint and Alexei Julien.
