Doubravka

Doubravka sit in Division A, the fourth tier of Czech football, a level the club has occupied for most of the past decade and a half without much fuss either way. There is no headline promotion push here, no relegation drama being reported: it is a settled place in the pyramid, and the club's business tends to be measured out over a full season rather than any one result. The 2025/2026 Czech Cup brought a rare moment of wider exposure — a first-round meeting with SK Aritma Praha that ended 1:6, the kind of scoreline lower-league sides accept when the draw hands them opposition several rungs above.

The club was founded in 1921 under the name SK Senco Doubravka and has stayed at that level of Czech football ever since without ever reaching the national stage. Its only silverware sits at regional level: the Přebor Plzeňského kraje, the regional championship for the Plzeň district, won twice, in 2008/2009 and 2011/2012. The first of those titles mattered beyond the trophy itself — a season closed out with 25 wins from 30 games and 77 points, a record strong enough to carry the club up into Division A, where it has stayed since.

Green and black are the club's colours, worn as a green shirt, black shorts and green socks, a combination fixed clearly enough that the regional football union in Plzeň keeps it on record. Doubravka's home ground carries the club's own name, the Sportovní areál SK SENCO Doubravka, also known locally by its street, Chrástecká. Estimates of its capacity vary by source, running from 800 up to just over 2,000, which says more about how lower-league grounds get counted than about the ground itself. It sits, in any case, in Doubravka, the district of Plzeň the club has represented since 1921 and never left.
