«Aurigrená»
When Gênus's under-20 side finally lifted the Campeonato Rondoniense Sub-20 in 2024, the players who did it wore the same yellow and garnet that gave the club its nickname, Aurigrená.
The academy sits under a club that has carried the Gênus name since 1981, when it was registered as Sport Club Genus Rondoniense before adopting its current identity in 2006.
They train and play out of the Estádio Aluízio Ferreira de Oliveira, a ground that holds around 8,000 and has hosted the club through both its name and its ambitions changing. Beyond the region, the side has tested itself in the Copa do Brasil Sub-20 and, in 2025, in the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, where the run ended in the group stage.
