Humpolec

Three times in four seasons Humpolec finished second in the Přebor Kraje Vysočina, the regional fifth tier. The breakthrough came in 2017/18, when the club won the division outright with 62 points from 19 wins and only two defeats, a goal difference of 58:15, and the promotion into Divize D.

It was not the club's first taste of a divisional title. Founded in 1922, Humpolec had already won promotion once before, taking the I. A třída Jihočeské oblasti – sk. B in 1998/99. Long before that, in the Czechoslovak era, the team had reached as high as the third-tier Jihočeský krajský přebor, finishing second in 1963/64.
