Kolos Kovalivka Women

Kovalivka is a village in Bila Tserkva Raion. The women's team shares the badge and the black-and-white colours but not the history: it began separately, in 2020, when the club took over the squad of SC Vyshneve, itself formerly known as Invictus Kyiv.

That inherited squad did not stay long in the second tier. Kolos won the Persha Liha in its first season, 2020/21, and went up to the Vyshcha Liha. Four years later they went further, finishing second in the top flight in 2023/24 — the result that sent them into the UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying rounds for the first time, where they were drawn against Ajax and Violeta Tian scored the club's first goal on that stage.

The cup has been a harder door to open. Kolos reached the final in 2021/22 and lost to Vorskla Poltava, then got back there in 2025/26 without turning it into a first trophy at that level.

Lyudmyla Pokotylo has managed the side since it was assembled in 2020, which makes her tenure as old as the club itself. Games are played at the Kolos Stadium, a 5,050-capacity ground shared with the men's team, against a First League-turned-Vyshcha Liha field that now regularly includes Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih and Obolon Kyiv. None of it existed before a Kyiv-region club decided that adopting a squad from Vyshneve was faster than building one from nothing.
