Liga III is where the club from Sânmartin spends its seasons now, in Seria IX through 2024/25 — the third tier of Romanian football.

The commune owns the club and set it up on 16 June 2009 as Clubul Sportiv Comunal Sânmartin. Promotion came first in 2014, after the Liga IV title in Bihor County. The second climb took longer and arrived in better company: the 2018/19 side won both the county championship and the Cupa României at county level. A third county title, in 2017/18, sits between the two promotions.

In 2021 the name changed to CS Lotus Băile Felix, which is how the club is listed now — Lotus, in blue and white.

The ground is Stadionul Comunal, small, and its neighbour matters more than its size: Luceafărul Oradea play within sight of it. The fixture between them goes by the derby of Bihor County, and the geography does most of the work in making it one.
