Sparta Brno's players finished the 2024/25 season on 77 points, and it sent the club up into the fourth division.
The club carrying those points has gone by several names since it started out in 1921 as SK Rudá Hvězda Brno, Red Star Brno. It became SK Sparta Brno in 1926, then Spartak under the naming conventions Czechoslovak clubs adopted in the mid-1950s. In 1967 it merged with the football department based in Komárov, and that is where the club has stayed since, playing out of the Hřiště Mariánské náměstí ground, which holds 1,500.
Nothing from that level has carried further: the club has never lifted a Czech or Czechoslovak cup.
