Abdullah al-Khalifa al-Sabah
Abdullah Alkhalifa Alsabah Stadium sits in Mishref, a district on the southern edge of Kuwait City, and it does something most grounds in the country don't: it houses two clubs at once. Al-Yarmouk SC built the ground as part of its own sporting complex and calls it home, but Burgan SC plays its fixtures there too, an arrangement that gives the place a shared, workmanlike feel rather than the identity of a single club's fortress.
It opened in 2017, which makes it young by the standards of Kuwaiti football, where several grounds trace back decades. There's no running track ringing the pitch, no athletics markings to keep the crowd at a distance — this was built for football alone, natural grass laid to meet the requirements of Kuwait's domestic league and AFC qualifying fixtures, and nothing more added on top.
At 15,000 seats, it's a modest venue rather than a showcase one, sized for league business rather than for finals or continental nights. Little of its short history has filtered into the record beyond the basics of who plays there and when it went up, which fits a stadium that has spent its life doing its job quietly for two tenants rather than chasing attention for itself.
