«Al Yaramka»
The club was registered with the Kuwait Football Association in early March 1965 under number 34.
The club later moved its base to the Mishref district of Kuwait City. Capacity figures differ between sources — some put it at 12,000, others at 15,000.
Two Emir Cups, in 1970 and 1973, and the Kuwait Joint League title in 1973 and 1974. The Federation Cup followed in 2003. Division One titles have come further apart — 1968, 1989, then a long gap before 2019 and 2024.
Instead, the club finished bottom of the Kuwaiti Premier League in 2024/25 and dropped straight back down, now playing in the Zain First Division for 2025/26.
The squad has mixed local and imported talent over the years — the Kuwaiti international Tareq Al-Shammari among the homegrown names, alongside signings such as the Colombian winger Carlos Rivas and the Ivorian midfielder Dové Womé.
