Würzburg's ground carries three names in its lifetime. It opened in August 1967 as the Stadion am Dallenberg, a name locals shortened to "die Dalle" and kept using long after the club stopped calling it that officially. Flyeralarm bought the naming rights in 2013.

What the badge doesn't show is how much the ground has been rebuilt around a team that kept climbing.

The pitch itself has needed attention too — a game against Preußen Münster was once called off for a frozen surface, which is part of why heating for the turf became a licensing requirement rather than a luxury.
