Al Ahed Stadium

Al Ahed Stadium sits in the Al-Ouzai district of Bourj el-Barajneh. The ground opened in 2012, a fact confirmed when the facility received a FIFA Field Certificate in October of that year, following photographs of the Mondo Construction Company at work the previous month. Its capacity is limited to 2,000.

The pitch is artificial turf, identified as Edel Grass. The club rarely stages its major Lebanese Premier League fixtures here, preferring larger arenas like the Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium, but the pitch does host local, youth, and women’s competitions. A significant upgrade took place between June and August 2022, funded by the FIFA Forward programme, which brought the facilities up to the standards required for these lower-profile matches.

There is a quieter story in the stands. In October 2018, the stadium became the subject of an international accusation when the Israeli Prime Minister claimed it was being used to store weapons. The allegation was quickly dismissed by Lebanese officials, particularly given the venue’s modest scale and everyday role as a training ground.

On the field, the atmosphere is defined by proximity. The ground has seen visits from opponents like Al-Mabarrah and Shabab Al-Sahel.
