Complexe Sportif du Pérosé

What Saxon has at Pérosé is a ground the club waited a long time for. Before it opened, FC Saxon Sports moved between borrowed pitches — the terrain du Casino from 1967, the terrain des Rottes, the Hoirie Fellay — and only in 2001 did the village get a single sports complex of its own, drawn up two years earlier by the Delaloye architects.

The name has never changed. No sponsor has been attached to it, and locally it goes by either Complexe Sportif du Pérosé or simply the Stade du Pérosé.

Its record crowd tells you how the place works when something unusual arrives. On 20 September 2008, in the Swiss Cup last 32, Neuchâtel Xamax came down from the Super League, and 2,432 people got in — well past the thousand the ground is meant to hold. Xamax won 2:0. The visit of FC Thun on 16 August 2026 filled it again; Saxon lost 0:6, and the away end did not score either.

Outside those afternoons, Pérosé stays a working village facility rather than an events venue. There are no concerts here, no festival hire. The pitch is natural grass, and the complex is given over to sport — football above all, karate indoors — with the occasional community date such as Suisse Bouge. It sits at Route de Pro-Bovey.
