CTFD Jorge Costa

Formerly: CTFD PortoGaia, Olival, Centro de Treinos e Formação Desportiva PortoGaia

The complex sits at Olival, on the Crestuma side of Вила-Нова-ди-Гайя, and its unusual feature is not the pitch but the paperwork behind it. The municipality of Вила-Нова-ди-Гайя paid for the whole thing — 16 million euros, built between 2000 and 2002 to a design by the Portuguese architect Алсину Соутинью — and then leased it to «Порту» for 50 years at 500 euros a month. It opened on 5 August 2002.

What was built is a training campus rather than a stadium: three further grass pitches beside the main one, a floodlit artificial surface and a small artificial-turf pitch. Only one field has stands, and it carries its own name, Estádio Luís Filipe Menezes, with room for 3,800.

That is the ground where «Порту» B play their Liga Portugal 2 home matches, and where the club's women's team, formed in 2024, plays as well. The first team trains here but takes its competitive fixtures to the Estádio do Dragão, so what the stands see is the reserve side and the U-19 and U-23 groups.

The name changed in October 2025. Жорже Кошта died of cardiac arrest on 5 August 2025 on the grounds of this training centre. On 6 October the municipal council approved the club's proposal, and the site became the Centro de Treinos e Formação Desportiva Jorge Costa.
