Estadio de Fútbol del Polideportivo de Reynosa opened in 2013 as the newest ground in Reynosa. The stadium sits within the Unidad Deportiva Solidaridad, which has hosted everything from local derbies to concerts by Julión Álvarez and Matute, but the pitch itself is the only thing that matters on a Saturday night when Vaqueros Reynosa or Club Calor are out.

The seating capacity of 15,000, though the stands are not enclosed and the wind off the Rio Grande finds its way inside even on calm evenings. Natural grass plays well here when the weather holds, but the pitch has cut up badly in recent seasons, particularly after long spells of rain from the Gulf coast, and groundskeepers have had to work overtime to keep it playable for the Liga TDP and Liga Premier FMF fixtures that fill the calendar.

What makes this ground different from the identical one down the road is that it belongs to no single club. Topos de Reynosa, Atlético Reynosa, Mineros Reynosa, Orgullo Reynosa, and Reynosa F.C. have all called it home in succession, handed a debut or lost a season without leaving a permanent mark. The municipal label shifts with every change — Estadio del Polideportivo, Estadio Polideportivo de Reynosa, Estadio de la Unidad Deportiva Solidaridad — but the players and the fans know it simply as the place where the ball is kicked.
