Stadium
Estadio Leonardo Costa
Every ground in Lincoln that still hosts a football match has to answer for what came before it, and El Linqueño's answer runs back to 1928, when the club, under club president Leonardo Costa, bought the plot facing the municipal Parque San Martín and laid out a pitch there. The stadium took his name and has stayed in use since, without a break, on the same ground the club acquired that year.
The natural grass pitch sits on Avenida 25 de Mayo, at the corner with Avenida García Tuñón, a short walk from the park it has faced since it opened.
