Estádio Municipal Marolão

The club that calls this ground home does not live here. Clube Atlético Serranense is based in Nova Serrana, but its home matches are played in Itatiaiuçu, a municipal ground in the Santa Terezinha neighbourhood kept up by the Prefeitura Municipal de Itatiaiuçu.

The 2023 Campeonato Mineiro Segunda Divisão gave the ground its heaviest week of football and its bleakest. On 7 October, Serranense lost 1–6 at home to Coimbra Sports. A week later, on 14 October, Contagem came and won 0–1.

Between those fixtures and after them, the ground goes back to what it does most of the year: local amateur and semi-professional football. The Copa Itatiaia takes it over, and in the edition Cruzeirinho and Brumadinho played out a goalless draw here.

It is also known simply as Campo Marolão , which is closer to what it is — a municipal field pressed into service for competition when the calendar needs it.
