Estadio Rubén Carlos Vallejos

Puerto Nuevo did not always play in Don Francisco. Before this ground existed, the club used the Estadio Municipal in Campana, and the move to Manuel Viale 159 in March 1997 gave the side a home built specifically for them rather than shared with the town.

The naming carries the club's own history rather than a sponsor's. Rubén Carlos Vallejos was one of the founders of Puerto Nuevo, and the stadium has kept his name since it opened, with no rebrand or spell as something else along the way.

What stands out is the scale set against that history: five hundred seats on natural grass, a ground built for a neighbourhood club rather than for crowds. It is not a venue that grew into something bigger over the decades — it was raised at this size, for this purpose, and has stayed that way since.
