Fotbalový stadion Bzenec

The name over the gate tells most of the story before a ball is kicked: Stadion v Zámeckém parku , the ground in the château park. TJ Slovan Bzenec moved here after outgrowing the old pitch known as "U lesa" — by the woods — which the club had fenced off and put into shape between 1932 and 1934 under Leopold Skála, with the town chipping in. The new complex in the château park went up in the 1970s, again with municipal help, though nobody has pinned down exactly when the gates first opened or who poured the concrete.

No renovation since has been recorded as the cause of any of those numbers moving. Address aside, there is little else on record: no attendance mark, no concert, no rebuilt stand with a story attached.
