Fotbalový Stadión Vykáň

Vykáň is a village in the Nymburk district, and its ground has no marketing name to speak of — no sponsor prefix, no rebrand, just Fotbalový Stadión Vykáň, sitting at Vykáň 42. Organised football here traces back to 1921, though the club as such, Čechie, was only formed on 2 March 1926. The turning point came in 1948, when Čechie merged with the local Sokol and the merged club was handed the plot the ground still occupies — a small-village arrangement, sport folded into the town's civic life rather than built as a stand-alone venture.

What there is not tells its own story: no floodlights, no running track, nothing beyond a natural grass pitch and room for 1,000 on the sidelines. It is a ground built for league Saturdays, not for anything bigger — which made 11 August 2026 an outlier rather than the norm. That evening Vykáň hosted Dukla Prague in the Czech Cup and lost 0–3, but the tie itself pulled in 827 spectators, close to capacity and well past the previous record of 400, set on 22 July 2017 against Ústí nad Labem. Two cup ties, nine years apart, are effectively the only entries in the ground's attendance history worth citing.

FK Čechie Vykáň remain the sole tenants, and the club's own website is the only real public window onto the place — there is no wider media footprint, no listed opening year for the stadium itself, just the 1948 land grant as the closest thing to a founding date for the ground as it now stands.
