The ground carries the older tag of Police Paddocks Reserve too.
What sets it apart from the run of suburban NPL grounds is the traffic it has drawn from well above its own level. In 2021, Melbourne City's W-League side and Perth Glory's A-League Men both used the complex as a temporary base. The Australia Cup and the Dockerty Cup have both brought knockout football through Endeavour Hills, and the complex hosted a VPL Legends Match in 2023, pulling former players back onto the same grass they'd have known decades earlier.
