The Liechtenstein Football Association (LFV) has its training headquarters in Ruggell. The complex sits at Widaustrasse 15. It is the centre of the country's game.

FC Ruggell plays here. The club has reached the Liechtenstein Cup final seven times, often playing home matches against FC Vaduz on this ground. The pitch is natural grass, cut short and striped.

There is no covered seating for the general public. The capacity is debated: UEFA lists 40 seated spots, while other sources cite figures up to 1,200.

In 2019, a major renovation costing 7.1 million CHF transformed the site. The LFV funded 3.5 million CHF (70% of civil works) and the Municipality of Ruggell funded 1.5 million CHF (30%). The project included a new two-story building with changing rooms, physiotherapy, and meeting spaces. The artificial turf field was rebuilt, the main grass field shifted south, and LED lighting was installed.

The venue hosted the 2023/24 Senior Cup final and the 2022 Special Olympics Small Nations Football Tournament. No attendance record was found. The venue was not renamed, though an older pitch at the site was moved south in 2019.

The complex includes three natural grass pitches and one artificial turf pitch. The main pitch is natural grass; the artificial turf pitch was rotated 90 degrees and rebuilt to FIFA standards during renovations. The venue does not have heated surfaces.

It is where the national team trains and where the local club plays.
