Gradski stadion Bjelovar

The new Gradski stadion Bjelovar sits where a tank storage facility once sat. Built in 2022, it stands next to the old wooden stands known locally as Drvenjak . The city of Bjelovar needed a ground that could host the local club, NK Bjelovar, which had long played on the old site.

The natural grass pitch drains well and has an automatic irrigation system, while the field is surrounded by a running track. There are no floodlights here.

The stadium opened with a match between NK Bjelovar and NK Trnja, a relatively quiet start for a new venue. It quickly began to host Croatian Cup matches, including a tie against NK Mladost Zdralovi. The stadium does not have its own website, with information about fixtures managed through the club’s own site and the city’s portal.
