Grand Park Events Center sits inside the wider Grand Park Sports Campus, a municipal project pushed forward by Westfield mayor Andy Cook. Inside, the Lee Lohman Arena holds the 2,000-seat basketball configuration.
The building opened on 22 July 2016, designed by Eric Weflen of RQAW Corporation, at a cost the city put in the range of 20 to 26 million dollars.
Indy Eleven's women's side, playing in the USL W League, calls it home. Since 2018 the Indianapolis AlleyCats have used it for ultimate frisbee, and the Indianapolis Colts have run summer training camps out of the complex as well.
