Heath Park has been the base for Eastern Suburbs FC since 1938, when the club took over the ground from Pineapple Rovers. The site had been in use for football since at least 1912. The playing surface is natural grass, and the venue sits at 48 Hilton Street, East Brisbane, though the exact capacity remains unclear: Wikipedia lists 1,000, while other records cite 1,200.

The ground has seen regular investment. A major refurbishment in 2007 added dressing sheds and toilets. Two years later, a Queensland Government grant funded a re-turf and two extra sheds for women’s teams. More recently, plans were lodged for a new pavilion designed by Cox Architecture to replace the old clubhouse, which had suffered flood damage in 2011 and again in 2022. The new structure will include administrative offices, change rooms, a gym, and FIFA-grade facilities.

Eastern Suburbs compete in the NPL Queensland and the Football Queensland Premier League. Their most notable title came in 1989, when they beat Brisbane Lions 3–2 to win the Brisbane Premier League. Predecessor clubs had also claimed Tristram Shield titles in 1919, 1924, 1925, and 1945.

The ground is also home to the David Turbayne Tennis Centre and youth programs such as the Tiger Cubs Mini Roos. The Brisbane City Council owns the site and leases it to the club. No attendance record has been established, nor have any former names for the venue itself been found.
