Järfällavallen

Järfällavallen has no back story to speak of — it earns its place on the map as home ground for a fourth-tier club, FC Järfälla , who moved here from Veddestavallen in 2006 and have played nowhere else since. The pitch sets it apart from most grounds at that level: an artificial surface with electric underfloor heating.

In summer, when the frost isn't a concern, Bele Barkarby FF also use the ground for training, though their real base sits elsewhere at Strömvallen and Veddestavallen. For most of the year the arena barely stirs beyond routine Division 2 Norra Svealand business, watched by a crowd.

That changed on 10 October 2024, when Svenska Cupen paired FC Järfälla with Allsvenskan side Djurgården IF . Around 1,400 spectators pushed in, roughly 1,500 tickets sold, driving rain forcing organisers to screen off one of the long sides of the pitch.
