Keila's stadium has moved around town more than most, when a new athletics and football complex went up in Männiku park to replace the old school stadium that stood on the site. The original ground opened on 18 September 1968, by the school's own staff — headmaster Endel Kukner and physical education teachers Elmu Puu and Teet Oja drove the project rather than any football administration, which says something about how the ground came to exist in the first place. The school building replaced part of it in 2009-2010, and the athletics complex finished the job when Lemminkäinen Eesti built the replacement for OÜ Keila Tervisekeskus.

Keila JK play their matches on the artificial pitch, but the site keeps a full-size natural grass field alongside it, 105 by 68 metres, with automatic irrigation and floodlights — laid out for training and shared use rather than fixtures. That sharing is the point of the place: the athletics club Keila Kergejõustikuklubi TIPP, the basketball school and the volleyball school all use the grounds alongside the football club, so on a given afternoon the stands might be watching none of them. The venue has also hosted civic occasions beyond sport, including the dance programme of the Harju County song and dance festival on 9 June 2024.

There is no separate stadium authority or dedicated site for the ground; what little is published about it sits on the Keila JK club pages. Keilastaadion remains, in effect, a school and community facility that a second-tier football club happens to call home.
