Stadium
Kretingos miesto stadionas
Kretinga, Lithuania
Formerly: Kretingos šaulių stadionas
Kretinga's football ground opened in 1953 as a rebuild — the grounds widened, and a new municipal pitch went up in its place under a plainer name, Kretingos miesto stadionas. In 2024 the town gave the old name back, and the ground on Savanorių g. 23a is once again Kretingos šaulių stadionas.
A second ground is planned nearby, at Savanorių g. 25, this one with an artificial surface — Kretingos Dirbtėnes Dangos Aikštė — which would give the town a training and match option separate from the older šauliai stadium rather than a replacement for it.
