Lazur Stadium

Bulgarian football did not always write "Lazur" over the gate.

The stadium opened in 1967. The first, stretched out between 1990 and 1997, gave the north and south stands their canopies and their 10,000 seats; it was closed out with a match against Levski Sofia, won 4-1 by the home side. The second, in 2009-2010, swapped the old yellow-and-green seating for blue and pushed the stand roofs out to ten metres, work that also served as preparation for hosting matches at the 2015 UEFA European Under-17 Championship.

Ownership sits with Petrol Holding, while FC Neftochimic 1962 Burgas runs the ground day to day; Chernomorets Burgas has also called it home. The venue has twice held the Bulgarian Supercup final, first in 2012 when Ludogorets beat Lokomotiv Plovdiv 3-1, then in 2015 when Chernomorets Burgas won 1-0.
