Everything at Paradise Coast starts with the fact that this is not really a stadium. Sports Facilities Companies opened the wider complex in July 2020, with the 3,500-seat stadium itself following that December, on artificial turf.
The arena hosted travelling rather than resident sides: an NCAA Division I lacrosse fixture between Ohio State and Harvard in the Southwest Florida Shootout on 26 February 2022, and USA Field Hockey's National Festival in November 2024.
