Rochester Community Sports Complex Stadium

Rochester's home ground has changed its name more often than its tenant, and that tells the story on its own: PAETEC Park, Marina Auto Stadium, Sahlen's Stadium, Rochester Rhinos Stadium, Capelli Sport Stadium and back to Marina Auto Stadium again, six sponsors in six changes across thirteen years before the city settled on the neutral Rochester Community Sports Complex Stadium in 2019. The building underneath never moved: opened on 3 June 2006, built for around 35 million dollars with New York State covering 23 million of it, designed by HOK Sport, the firm now known as Populous.

The Rhinos were the original occupants and stayed through 2017, but the ground has hosted a wider run of tenants than most stadiums its size — Rochester Lancers, a spell of Toronto FC II reserve-team fixtures in 2018, and Flower City Union, who won the NISA championship in 2023. On the women's side, Western New York Flash played here from 2011 to 2016 and hosted the 2013 NWSL Championship; the US women's national team also came through, beating Costa Rica 8-0 on 1 September 2012. Lacrosse had its own tenancy too, with the Rochester Rattlers lifting the 2007 Steinfeld Cup on the same turf.

The attendance record dates to 20 July 2011, when 15,404 turned out for Western New York Flash against magicJack — well above the ground's listed capacity of 13,768, filled in on temporary seating for the occasion. The pitch itself is FieldTurf, which explains why a venue built for one football club has been able to host lacrosse, indoor football and reserve-team fixtures without the surface ever becoming the limiting factor.
