Rubin Stadium
Formerly: Gorbunov Plant Stadium, Iskra, Krylya Sovetov (mentioned in some sources but disputed)
Before it belonged to Rubin, this ground on Kopylova Street served the works team of the Gorbunov aviation plant, opened here in 1958, and for six years it was Iskra who ran out under that roof.
That history sits awkwardly with a claim some sources make — that the stadium once carried the name Krylya Sovetov. The detail does not hold up: Krylya Sovetov belongs to Samara, and to a Kazan park, not to this address, and the more careful club records treat the ground throughout as the old plant arena rather than under that borrowed name.
What stands today dates from 2013, when a new stadium went up inside the training centre. More recently the pitch has hosted finals of the youth hockey league, in May 2025, alongside its regular football use.
