Stadium
SK Borisoglebsky
Formerly: Stadion Spartak
The complex on Blanskaya Street has kept the same footprint since 1967, when the original Spartak stadium opened here — the name still surfaces in older references to the ground. Governor Alexei Gordeev came for the reopening in June 2015, by which point the ground had a new artificial pitch, rebuilt stands holding around 2,444 spectators, a canopy over the west stand, and its own boiler house and substation.
A club under the Kristall name first appeared in 1970 and was revived in 2016 as Kristall-MEZ, run by director D. G. Shiryaev. Its Soviet-era side finished third in the regional championship four times across 1979, 1980, 1981 and 1988; the modern incarnation took the regional title in 2023, a year after finishing runner-up.
