Dordoi's ground did not take over an existing arena. It rose from scratch on empty land beside Pioneer Park, a patch that had stood derelict through the 1990s, with no earlier stadium ever standing on the site. The club's previous home, the Dolon Omurzakov Stadium — known before as Spartak — had already been staging football since 1941.

The capacity quoted for the ground depends on what is being counted. Dordoi's own figures put it at 1,157 — the seats available on matchdays, under the covered main stand built during the 2009 works. Some outside databases give 3,000 instead, but that number describes the whole sports complex, training pitches and all, rather than the stand itself.

The main pitch is natural grass; alongside it sit artificial surfaces used for training and small-sided games. The ground has carried the club's own name since it opened, with no sponsor attached at any point. Cup finals and European ties still go elsewhere — to Dolon Omurzakov rather than here — which leaves this arena as a working, league-day venue. No attendance record for the ground has been recorded in open sources.
