Stadium
Stade Charles Tondreau
The Stade Charles Tondreau sits in the Porte de Nimy district of Mons, tucked between the Porte du Parc and Porte d'Havré quarters, on Avenue du Tir. It opened on 25 September 1910, barely five months after RAEC Mons itself came into being, which makes the ground almost exactly as old as the club it was built for. Over a century on, that founding link still defines the place more than any renovation would: this is the pitch the club has known since its earliest days, not a modern replacement built to house an older identity. The playing surface remains natural grass, and the ground holds 8,000 supporters, a scale that has kept it a local, walk-to-the-match kind of venue rather than one built for anything bigger.
