Stade Henri Sylvoz
Moanda, Gabon
Stade Henri Sylvoz sits within the Cité Cadre Comilog residential area. It is a place defined by its history with the mining company Compagnie minière de l'Ogooué (Comilog), which built the ground in 1985 to serve the local club AS Mangasport. The venue has retained its original name since inauguration, honouring Henri Sylvoz.
The playing surface is natural grass, but the pitch is known for its drainage issues, which have occasionally interrupted matches during the heavy rains that sweep through the Haut-Ogooué Province. Prior to these works, the capacity was recorded as 4,000. The current capacity is 9,500, which includes approximately 2,500 seated places, specifically 1,500 in the Roland Pedrono stand and 1,000 in the popular stand, alongside 7,000 standing places.
AS Mangasport is the primary tenant and uses the stadium for its home matches in the Gabonese football league. The renovations have brought the facility up to the standard needed for CAF homologation, ensuring that AS Mangasport can host matches that matter.
