Stadion Za Vodojemem

The defining episode dates to 2012, when MFK Chrudim won promotion to the second division on the pitch and turned it down because the stadium didn't meet the league's requirements — Pardubice took the spot instead. Plans for a new stand went public in December 2013, work began in 2014 and finished in August 2015, run by the town council as investor and the firm První stavební Chrudim as contractor, for 17.5 million crowns before VAT. The stand seats in the club's red and black. Alongside it came new changing rooms, public toilets, a ticket office, floodlighting, extended drainage with a storage tank for pitch irrigation, and parking including disabled spaces — a full servicing of the site.

The upgrade paid off on the pitch: promotion followed in 2018, this time accepted, and the club has since pushed as high as the play-offs for the top flight, finishing runner-up in the National League in 2024/25 before losing out to Pardubice again on goal difference.
