Ventspils 2. pamatskolas stadions

The stadium belongs to Ventspils 2nd Primary School as much as to football. Plans to improve the site were drawn up in August 2004; the ground was handed over for use the following March, with a formal opening that followed some four months later, in July 2005.

No former name attaches to the ground. The clubs that trained there — FC Tranzit, later reformed as JFK Ventspils, and FK Vindava — left the name alone even while putting their own sessions through it. The Ventspils Olympic Centre has at times referred to the site simply by its street location, Katoļu iela 40, but that describes where it stands rather than giving it another name.
