Yordan Hernando Osorio Paredes

Yordan Osorio's career carried a Porto medal that says more about circumstance than about minutes played: he was part of the squad that won the 2017–18 Primeira Liga but made only one appearance for the first team. The bigger story of his development ran through Zamora in his native Barinas, where he made his professional debut in April 2014 and went on to win three Venezuelan league titles before moving to Europe in 2017.

After Tondela and that brief Porto spell, Osorio moved on before a loan to Zenit St Petersburg in 2019 brought him a Russian league and cup double, though his own game time there was limited to seven appearances. The move that shaped his career came in 2020, when he joined Parma and stayed for five seasons. His most productive stretch arrived in 2023–24, when Parma's defence conceded the second-fewest goals in Serie B and the club won promotion, with Osorio making 33 appearances that season.

When his Parma contract expired in 2025, he returned home to Deportivo La Guaira before moving on to Deportes Tolima in March 2026 to play in the Copa Libertadores. Internationally, Osorio has become a regular fixture for Venezuela, with 36 caps since his debut in June 2017 against the United States. He has featured at two Copa América tournaments, reaching the quarter-finals in 2019 and 2024, and has also played in World Cup qualifying for both the 2022 and 2026 cycles.
