Forest Green secured a 3-2 win against Halifax Town in the National League on Saturday evening. The result leaves the hosts three points clear at 13th while Halifax remain rooted in 17th place with six defeats already.

W. Flint opened the scoring in the ninth minute before the visitors responded through F. Mabete just after the interval. S. Etaluku then restored the lead for Forest Green, but K. McAllister's goal in the 79th minute pulled the visitors back into contention. And here's the thing — Z. Gilsenan's injury-time strike sealed it all.
