Tonder secured a 28:21 victory over AGF in the First Division on 20 September 2026. The result keeps the hosts at sixth place with four points from three matches. AGF remain bottom of the table after three draws and no wins.
To be fair, the scoreline suggests more dominance than either side has shown recently. Tonder had already collected four points before kick-off, while AGF sat on zero. The gap between them widened further this afternoon.
The hosts came into this fixture following mixed results. They beat Sydvestarnes 30:26 and Stokholm 32:21, but lost to Grindsted 30:33. Those earlier performances give context to a team that can be inconsistent yet still competitive.
AGF's run of draws has not yielded any points. They drew with Køge 29:33, Odder 25:35, and Rekker Molle 26:29. Going into this match, they had nothing to play for in terms of results, though the table position makes that clear enough.
By then, Tonder had extended their unbeaten run to three matches. AGF's frustration might have shown in the final score, but the underlying pattern remains the same — they struggle to close out games. The First Division table will not shift dramatically after one result, but the difference in momentum is visible.
