The reserve side inherited both, along with everything else in the structure it belongs to.

That structure began as SG Praunheim in 1973. The second team is younger: it entered the first season of the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga in 2004 under the name 1. FFC Frankfurt II, and kept it until the 2020 merger with the men's club, when it became Eintracht Frankfurt II.

Its own trophies come from Hesse. The Hessenliga titles of 2012, 2017 and 2026 each carried promotion to the Regionalliga Südwest, and the Hessenpokal was won in 2013, 2019 and 2020. Between those markers sits the harder line: last place in the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga in 2023/24, and relegation.
