Nordvestjysk Women

Since May 2026 the team from Holstebro has played as Nordvestjysk Elite, a name chosen to make it the regional flagship for women's handball across North and West Jutland. It still competes in the Danish women's league, where Viborg HK and Bjerringbro-Silkeborg Håndbold are the matches that draw the most attention in Jutland.

The club is the third name on the same team. Under Team Tvis Holstebro and then TTH Holstebro, the women won the EHF Cup in 2013 and 2015 and the EHF Cup Winners' Cup in 2016. In those years they also took league silver in 2013 and bronze in 2015 and 2016, and they had lost the 2011 EHF Cup final. Sandra Toft was in goal for the first of those European titles, and Camilla Herrem and Jamina Roberts arrived in time for the last.

The current legal entity dates from 14 April 2020. The pandemic was the reason for the split: the women's section left the men's side of TTH Holstebro, and the local mother club HH90, founded in 1990, took the team over.

The longest service belongs to Karolina de Souza , who stayed from 2013 to 2024. Mathilde Hylleberg also spanned the change of ownership. She was there from 2015 to 2020, left for a year and came back for 2021 to 2025.

Ilda Kepić, who played from 2018 to 2020, came back in 2025. Nicoline Sax and Emma Wahlström joined in the same year. Gråkjær Arena holds 3,250.
