Sporthalle Oberei: Stadium in Malters

There is no football stadium in Malters. The most prominent sporting venue in the town is the Sporthalle Oberei, a multi-purpose indoor facility. Built as a "3-fach-Sporthalle" following a local population vote, the hall serves the community rather than professional athletes. It hosts school physical education sessions alongside activities for local clubs such as HC Malters and STV Malters. The adjacent outdoor complex, Sportanlage Oberei, is used by FC Malters, but the indoor hall itself does not host the club’s football matches. Spectator capacity for the hall is not explicitly stated in available sources. The facility also hosts the annual HCM Schülerturnier and the STV Malters Turnshow.
