Jihlava U20 — Vítkovice U20: 3:5, ELJ

Vítkovice U20 defeated Jihlava U20 3:5 on Thursday evening in the ELJ youth competition. The match took place at the home stadium of Jihlava on October 9th, 2026. The visiting side took all three points despite playing away from their own ground.

The result keeps Vítkovice in seventh place after eleven matches. They have seven wins and four defeats so far, sitting on zero points. Jihlava remain in fourteenth position following ten games played. The home side has won four matches and lost six, also on zero points.

Jihlava came into this fixture with mixed recent form. They had beaten Kladno U20 5:4 but lost to České Budějovice U20 3:4. Before that they suffered heavy defeats to Brno U20 and Poruba HK. Their last five matches show inconsistency across different opponents.

Vítkovice showed similar pattern lately with wins and losses alternating. They drew 1:4 against Karlovy Vary U20 but beat Litvínov U20 4:2. A narrow 1:0 victory over Třinec U20 followed before they lost to Slavia Prague U20 2:3. Their form suggests they can compete at this level.

Our prediction of an away win materialised with 48% confidence. The visitors proved capable when it mattered most on this occasion. Sometimes the better side wins away from home, and this match demonstrated that reality.
