Bohdan Slyubyk

Bohdan Slyubyk moved to Rukh Lviv in October 2020 straight from Karpaty Lviv's academy, at a moment when Karpaty was going through a financial crisis — he joined the under-19 side rather than arriving on loan, and worked his way up to a debut for the senior team that same season. In August 2022 he signed a permanent contract with the club running to the summer of 2026, and over his time there he made 77 appearances and scored four goals for Rukh's first team.

In January 2026, Slyubyk left Ukraine for the Czech Republic, joining FK Pardubice on a four-and-a-half-year deal. The move was reported at around €1.5 million by outlets including Aksam and TransferFeed, though neither club confirmed the fee officially. He barely had time to settle before a further move: in September 2026, Pardubice sent him back to Ukraine on loan to LNZ Cherkasy for the 2026–2027 season, with the financial details of that arrangement not made public.

Slyubyk plays as a right-footed defender and is a product of Lviv football, having come through Karpaty's youth ranks before making his name at Rukh.
