About the player
Cezary Polak's move to Jagiellonia in September 2024 ranked among the more expensive transfers in the club's history.
In August 2021 he was loaned to Motor Lublin for the 2021/22 season, and his appearance against Hutnik Kraków that month is regarded as his senior professional debut. He made 20 appearances for Motor across all competitions that season.
In January 2026 he was loaned out again, this time to Miedź Legnica for the remainder of the season, where he made 15 appearances and scored once before returning to Jagiellonia at the end of the loan.
At youth international level, Polak captained Poland's under-20 side, for whom he made five appearances and scored once, and has also featured for the under-21s since his debut in November 2023. He has not yet been capped by the senior national team.
