About the player
Cláudio Falcão Santos left Brazil as a young player after spells at Aquidauanense and Independente (SP), and by 2016 had moved to Portugal to join CD Aves, starting out with the club's B team. He made his Primeira Liga debut for the first team in August 2017 and stayed at Aves until 2020.
That July, he signed for SC Farense on a free transfer. He has gone on to captain the club, and by November 2025 had made 161 appearances for Farense, scoring 12 goals.
In the 2024/25 Liga Portugal 2 season, he averaged 4.5 defensive actions per 90 minutes. He has not been capped by Brazil at senior level.
