Daniel Trubač

Daniel Trubač left Hradec Králové as a Slavia Prague signing in 2017 and spent two years on the books there without a single first-team appearance. The move never produced a debut for the Prague club; instead, Trubač was loaned out immediately to Teplice, where he stayed until the end of the 2018/19 season before the switch was made permanent in February 2019.

Across nearly a decade at the club he made 247 appearances and scored 25 goals. That spell far outweighs anything he managed in his first stint at Hradec Králové, where he had come through the youth ranks and made his top-flight debut in August 2014, going on to play 67 matches and score 3 goals — including the 2016/17 season in which the club was relegated and he chose to stay on.

In January 2026, Trubač returned to Hradec Králové as a free agent, signing a contract that runs until the summer of 2029. He has since made 22 appearances in his second spell at the club.

At youth level, Trubač was capped widely for the Czech Republic, representing the under-16, under-17, under-18, under-19, under-20 and under-21 sides. His most productive spell came with the under-19s, where he played 21 times and scored once; he also scored for the under-16s in 11 appearances. He has not been called up to the senior Czech national team.
