About the player
Lamine Ghezali came through the youth ranks at US Torcy before joining the Saint-Étienne academy in 2014, signing his first professional contract with the club in June 2017. He spent six years working through Saint-Étienne's reserve side, making 62 appearances and scoring 12 goals for the B team, while his senior involvement remained limited to eight appearances. His only goal for the first team came in a 5–0 win over Caen in March 2019. Two loan spells followed, at LB Châteauroux and then at Lyon-La Duchère.
His move abroad, to FC Dinamo București in August 2022. He joined Levadiakos in January 2024, where he was part of the squad that won the Super League Greece 2 title and secured promotion, though his own game time there was limited to five league appearances.
A further move took him to FC UTA Arad in Romania for the 2024–25 season, before he joined AC Oulu in Finland's Veikkausliiga in August 2025 as a free agent. At youth international level, Ghezali was capped twice for France's U18 side and once for the U17s, without scoring.
