About the player
Roman Didyk came through the youth ranks at Rukh Vynnyky and UFK-Karpaty in his native Lviv. He then moved to LNZ Cherkasy, where he now wears the number 29 shirt.
A right-footed defender, Didyk is used mainly through the centre of defence but has also filled in on the left side of the back line and, at times, in a holding midfield role. He has represented Ukraine at various youth levels, appearing for the under-16, under-18, under-21 and under-23 sides, and was named in the preliminary squad for Ukraine's Olympic team ahead of the 2024 Games.
With LNZ Cherkasy, Didyk finished the 2025-26 season as a runner-up in the Ukrainian championship, according to the Ukrainian edition of Wikipedia.
